The Selection Process

At Dowell, we believe in a fair and equitable selection process. You can expect the following steps:

• A pre-screening telephone conversation.

• A face-to-face interview.

• A second face-to-face interview
(if required).

Consideration

As part of the consideration process, all candidates must provide proof of their right to work in Australia before commencing employment with Dowell.

Business based Referees should be provided to Dowell, and reference checks will be completed. Dowell will also require you to complete a pre-employment medical, based on the needs of the role, and perform any other background checks as required.
